Nh Siena Hotel, Siena

The hotel room had a good view overlooking the football pitch and countryside but was too warm with no way to cool it on the 'heating only' setting. The room was comfy and rather big, although it overlooked the street.

The hotel has a fabulous location across from the bus station, making it easy to explore the city. The staff is incredibly helpful, and the breakfast buffet is excellent. The room temperature control needs improvement, and there were occasional noises, but overall, a pleasant stay.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was excellent, close to the main attractions and a wide range of restaurants, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms, though spacious and bright, had issues with plumbing that affected our experience. The service was a mix of pleasant and efficient interactions but had some hiccups during check-out. The dining experience was hit or miss, with some good options but also disappointing dishes. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.

However, on Monday evening, the noise from the nearby football pitch was quite disturbing. The room itself was comfortable with a great bed, good furniture, and a nice view from the window.

The hotel is perfectly located for exploring central Siena, with convenient access to transportation hubs. The rooms could use some upgrades and cooling options, yet the service was exceptional despite challenges. Dining was satisfactory, and the hotel's proximity to key sights is a major advantage.
